JFatoraGo ETA

Privacy Policy

How the extension handles ETA export data, free trials, paid licenses, and one-device verification.

Effective and last updated: August 1, 2026

Privacy at a glance

  • ETA documents stay in your browser.
  • ETA access tokens never go to Jumpers.
  • License verification is online for every export.
  • No advertising, analytics, or data sale.

1. Purpose and scope

FatoraGo ETA helps authenticated users of the Egyptian Tax Authority (“ETA”) eInvoicing portal export invoices, receipts, and code data into PDF, JSON, XML, Excel, and ZIP files. The extension operates on invoicing.eta.gov.eg and connects to the Jumpers license service at jumpersagency.net.

2. ETA information handled locally

When you request an export, the extension processes the information needed for that export inside your browser. This may include document identifiers, dates, status, issuer and receiver details, tax identifiers, addresses, line items, quantities, values, and tax totals.

The extension reads the active ETA access token already available to the ETA website and uses it only for HTTPS requests directly to official ETA API servers. The ETA access token and ETA document contents are not sent to Jumpers or stored on the Jumpers license server.

3. Trial and license information

Online verification is required to use export features. The extension sends the following information to the Jumpers license API:

  • name and email entered for a free trial or paid license;
  • the license key during activation, which is converted to a protected lookup hash on the server;
  • a randomly generated browser installation identifier, stored as a one-way server-side hash;
  • trial start and expiry dates, license expiry and status, activation count, extension version, and last verification time;
  • a protected hash derived from the request IP address for security logging and rate limiting.

The installation identifier is not a hardware serial number and does not provide access to files, contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

4. How information is used and shared

License information is used only to provide the four-day free trial, validate paid subscriptions, enforce one active device, prevent repeated trial abuse, secure the service, and provide customer support.

Jumpers does not sell, rent, or use this information for advertising, cross-site tracking, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling. Information is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

WhatsApp

The subscription button opens WhatsApp only when you choose it. A prepared message can contain the name and email you entered. Sending the message is controlled by you and is then subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.

Limited Use: FatoraGo ETA’s use and transfer of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and retention

  • ETA source data stays in your ETA account. Generated files stay on your device until you delete them.
  • Local export preferences remain in the ETA website’s browser storage until you clear that site’s data.
  • The browser stores a random installation identifier and an active session token in local extension storage. A non-sensitive installation marker may also be stored in Chrome Sync to reduce repeated trials after reinstalling; license keys and session tokens are never placed in Sync.
  • Paid-license records are retained while the subscription and related support or security obligations remain relevant.
  • Expired trial records and protected device/email identifiers may be retained to prevent repeated use of the one-time trial.
  • Security logs are limited and rotated. The system does not intentionally log ETA documents or ETA access tokens.

6. Security and one-device access

The license service uses HTTPS, short unguessable session tokens, hashed license lookups, hashed installation identifiers, rate limits, protected JSON storage, file locks, restricted admin sessions, and security auditing. Activating a paid license on a new browser invalidates the previous browser session.

No security method is perfect. Protect your ETA account, browser profile, license key, and exported tax files. Do not send passwords, ETA access tokens, or unredacted tax documents through WhatsApp or support messages.

7. Your controls

  • You decide when to start the free trial and when to request an export.
  • You can revoke the current device connection from the extension popup without cancelling the paid license.
  • You can remove the extension to stop its access to the ETA portal.
  • You can delete downloaded files and clear local browser/site storage.
  • You may contact Jumpers to request support, correction, or deletion where applicable. Anti-abuse hashes may be retained when necessary to enforce the one-time trial.

8. Contact and policy updates

For privacy or subscription questions, contact Jumpers on WhatsApp at +20 110 053 9011. Do not include ETA passwords, access tokens, or confidential tax documents.

This policy may be updated when the extension’s features, data practices, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be disclosed through the Chrome Web Store listing or another appropriate notice when required.
