Operator and platform relationship
TKTS APP is a ticketing platform and project operated by Jumpers Agency. Jumpers Agency is responsible for TKTS APP software development, marketing, commercial operations, financial administration and platform management.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, account credentials, OTP and verification status, orders, tickets, event or session data, support requests, device and browser details, IP and security logs, push-notification preferences and payment transaction references.
Payments and card data
Card payments for TKTS APP orders are processed securely through Paymob for the account of Jumpers Agency. TKTS APP and Jumpers Agency do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or sensitive card authentication data. A card statement or payment notice may show Jumpers Agency and/or Paymob.
How we use information
We use information for account creation, OTP verification, ticket delivery, fraud prevention, QR validation, customer support, refunds, transfers, analytics, security, legal compliance and service notices.
Retention, security and rights
We retain information only as needed for the relevant purpose, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect data. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain processing or opt out of marketing communications.
TKTS APP is intended for users who can lawfully purchase or hold tickets for real in-person events. Age restrictions may also be set by event organizers or venues.
