Ticket purchase & refund policy.

This policy explains reservations, payments, confirmed ticket issuance, refunds, event changes and support requirements for TKTS APP orders.

This document should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before final publication.

Reservations are temporary

Ticket reservations can expire and do not equal a confirmed purchase. A ticket is confirmed only when payment is verified and the ticket is issued by TKTS APP.

Checkout information

Before payment, checkout should display ticket price, fees, taxes, discounts, event or session details, quantity and customer contact information. Customers must review all details before completing payment.

Paymob payment and verification

Card payments are processed securely by Paymob for the account of Jumpers Agency. A successful browser redirect alone is not proof of payment. Ticket issuance occurs only after secure server-side payment verification.

A customer card statement or payment notice may show Jumpers Agency and/or Paymob.

Ticket delivery

After confirmed payment, tickets appear in the TKTS APP wallet. Tickets are redeemed physically at the relevant venue using QR-based validation.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for all purchases. Refunds may apply where required by law, where an event is cancelled, where organizer-approved event terms allow a refund, or where a confirmed material platform processing error occurred.

Refund requests must include the order number and the registered email or mobile number used for the order.

Reschedules, venue changes and material changes

If an event is rescheduled, moved to another venue or materially changed, the organizer’s published event policy and applicable law will guide the available options. Refund timing depends on Paymob, the bank or card issuer and banking procedures.

Fraud, duplicate use and chargebacks

Fraud, duplicate ticket use, unauthorized payment, QR manipulation or chargeback abuse can lead to ticket hold, cancellation, review, account restrictions or referral to the relevant provider or authority.
