Terms for every new jump.

These terms apply to visitors, customers, event organizers and users of Jumpers Agency websites and TKTS APP.

This document should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before final publication.

Business identity and definitions

This website and TKTS APP are operated and managed by Jumpers Agency, registered at 51 حي الدبلوماسيين - الشيخ زايد, Giza, Cairo Governorate 11865, Egypt, VAT number 762634405.

“Customer” means a ticket buyer or user. “Organizer” means the event owner or operator. “Ticket” means a QR-based permission to attend the stated event, session, date, venue, gate, seat or ticket type. “Payment provider” means Paymob or another provider shown at checkout.

Real-world physical events only

TKTS APP sells tickets only for real, in-person events at physical venues, including concerts, comedy shows, festivals, cultural events, sports events and live experiences. TKTS APP does not sell virtual currency, gambling products, financial products, digital-only content or speculative assets.

Account rules

You must provide accurate information, keep passwords and OTPs confidential and avoid misuse. We may suspend, hold or cancel access where fraud, unauthorized access, duplicate use, scraping, security bypass or automated abuse is suspected.

Ticket rules and QR validation

A ticket is valid only for the stated event, session, date, venue, ticket type, gate, seat and admission conditions. Tickets are redeemed physically at the venue using QR-based validation.

QR tickets may become invalid after use, transfer, refund, revocation, expiry, duplication or suspected fraud. No resale, QR copying, manipulation or unauthorized ticket transfer is allowed.

If transfers are enabled, recipient approval may be required. The old QR or serial is invalidated and the recipient receives the new valid ticket.

Payments

Paymob processes card payments for Jumpers Agency. Ticket issuance occurs only after secure server-side payment verification. A successful browser redirect alone is not proof of payment.

Organizer responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for producing, operating, scheduling, venue management, admission policies, safety rules, age requirements and event-specific terms. Organizers control event changes, cancellation, rescheduling, venue rules and admission decisions.

Jumpers Agency owns or licenses TKTS APP software, interfaces, branding, design and platform materials, subject to organizers’ and third parties’ rights in their own content.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumpers Agency is not liable for organizer-controlled event operations, venue decisions or third-party failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
